What do you need to qualify?

• You must be at least 21 years of age or older.
• You must have a diagnosis of type 1 or 2 diabetes mellitus.
• Ulcer must have been present for a minimum of 4 weeks.
• The ulcer must be located on the foot.

Note: There are other requirements that could make you ineligible for the study.
Your study doctor will go over these with you. If you agree to participate
in this study, you will have an evaluation to verify your eligibility.

If you take part in this study, you will be in it up to 12 weeks, one visit per week and you will receive compensation per completed visit.
